Our historic inn, Magnolia Springs Bed and Breakfast, has five guest rooms, each with its own individual character and a big, comfy bed you won’t want to leave — at least not until the smell of a two-course Southern breakfast pulls you down to the dining room. Every stay includes the full list of amenities you’d expect, plus a few you wouldn’t.

Every stay includes a full made-from-scratch breakfast each morning, complimentary refreshments 24/7, use of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and towels and a nightly turndown with chocolates and homemade cookies. View all amenities for the complete list.

Yes. The Harding suite can accommodate up to two additional guests, and the Cowen room can accommodate one additional guest with advance arrangements. Additional guest fees apply.

Most rooms are on the second floor and require use of the staircase (NO ELEVATOR). Historic architectural features include a stairwell with 21 steep stairs, 90-degree turns at the top and bottom and no continuous railing. The McLennan Room is our only first-floor accommodation; however, six exterior stairs are required to reach the main level of the house.
